London,UK – June 3, 2024: Fox Legal Training, provider of the world’s first online leveraged finance covenant education service, today announces the appointment of Meenakshi Roy, formerly of Reorg, as Chief Legal Officer. This appointment enables FLT to enhance itsexisting course offerings, develop new courses, and support client engagement with an emphasis on legal analysis in stressed and distressed scenarios.
Ms.Roy joins FLT with over a decade of experience in leverage finance transactions, first as an attorney with White& Case (London) and Covington & Burling (New York), and most recently as a senior covenant analyst for Reorg, a leading credit and covenant analysis fintech.
She has represented borrowers, sponsors, sovereigns and other stakeholders in complex US and European high yield, leveraged loan, acquisition finance, and liability management transactions, and has also advised leading buyside market professionals on structural concerns, liquidity options and covenant capacity calculations.
She specializes in evaluating the impact of corporate events on stressed and distressed credits and has published extensively on trends in borrower-friendly covenants in the European markets.
Ms.Roy graduated from Columbia University School of Law in New York.
