April 25, 2024 – London, United Kingdom: Online legal education provider Fox Legal Training today announces the launch of a new educational webinar series on leveraged finance covenants that will use high yield deals in the primary market as a teaching tool for market participants.
Starting next week on a trial basis, FLT’s founder Sabrina Fox will guide webinar guests live through a “red flag review” of covenant terms for a high yield deal in the primary market shortly following its launch.
The review will focus on key risks for lenders in the context of the deal in question, taking into account the borrower’s business, ownership, industry, assets and future plans, as disclosed in the preliminary offering memorandum.
